On the guides it says you need to have origoonal copies of everything, makes 2-3 versions etc. However this is difficult when it comes to proof of relationship with boarding passes, phones bills, letters.

Is it ok to photo copy all this sort of info. some things its impossible to have more than one off.

Those evidences you mentioned can be a photocopy on the application. The originals are saved for the interview (just in case you are picked on)
