Adjustment of Status

We are now married and are looking through the forms required for the adjustment of status. We see that some of the forms are the same as we supplied for our K-1 Visa. Can we use those same forms or do we need to fill out new forms? Please advise. Thank you.

probably, the only form that's the same is the g325 in which info asked you will to update; affidavit of support is different. fill out new forms, it's good exercise =)

Only G325 is the same but you will have to update it, for example if the person adjusting their status is female and she changed last name with marriage then she will put married name on G325, also update her address etc. You might as well just fill out a new one.

much better to fill up new forms so you can see which part should be updated... usually using married name and new address...
