Hello !

I have a question concerning the Packet 3. Does someone can confirm this ?

I must fill up the forms when I get the packet 3, I actually can fill up those before hand so to practice:

- DS-230 (Part I)

- DS-156 (x2) A nonimmigrant form

- DS-156K An immigrant form

- DS-157 (I didn't find this form on the net, does someone know where it is?)

- I-134 : the oath, filled up by my fiancé who lives in the US

and I also must bring for the interview at the Embassy :

- I-129

- G-325a

On the DS156 Form, the question n°26 is : "How long do you intend to stay in the US?"

??????

I don't know what to answer !! I am moving there to marry my fiancé. I don't know how many months or years I'll be staying in the US !

Thank you for your help,

Cécile.

Thank you very much ! I didn't know this page at all ! It is going to be very helpfull !

I have been using this link so to practice with filling up :

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1guide

But they don't show the DS-157 Form. Do you know where to find it by any chance ?

Do you know if I can use these forms for the interview day ? Or should I really need to wait for the packet 3 to arrive ? Do they provide the forms so to fill them up by hand ?

Merci beaucoup devilette pour ton aide !

Cécile.
