:help: Please can someone assist me? How long does it actually takes the U.S Embassy to forward the petition back to the States for further review?

Typically it can take 30+ days for the petition to be returned to USCIS. Best to call NVC and they can give you update on the location of your paperwork.

Ok thanks guys so much for the information, it helps just to know where things stand and what to expect between wait time.:wacko:

Mine took 2 months to reach the USCIS from Kingston. It has been 6 months since the interview and still haven't heard anything since they received it back to the USCIS.
