It will continue until the DOS or the DHS realizes that you are no longer in a bona fide marriage. If you continue the process knowing full well you no longer meet the requirements, you would be committing fraud, and subject to lifetime ban from entering the US and/or deportation at the minimum.

You have to resolve issues with her. Try to find out why she doesn't want to be with you anymore and see if it's something you can resolve. If it's something that cannot be resolved, unfortunately there's nothing you can do about the process. She is the reason you're being considered for the K3 immigration benefit with the purposes of coming here to live as married couple. If she doesn't want to be with you anymore, then the process is terminated and there's nothing you can do about it. The approved K3 petition by USCIS isn't a visa; it simply means you have been found eligible to apply for a K3 visa once the case is completed by the NVC. Sorry!

Chale your case be serious oh. Yes you can continue without her since most part has be done by her,but the funny thing is that,it God is on your side and u happen to hav an interview and you askd to summit docs like tax etc from her side, which you dont hav unless she gives it to you, then you would be in serious trouble. And also once she says she no go marry you,i beg forget her and dont do anytin without her nod if not you could find your self in more trouble if she should involve the authorities. So now what you got to do is, pls try again by talkin to her or get her family to talk to her unless she is acting this way becos she got to know you are marryin her for other reasons than love. Just be open up,alot of people are here to support you. All the best burma. Kakra kra bebia beye fine wai.

Why do you wish to get in state if you are asking for divorce?
