Okay.. let me add one question.. if all the people did get through AP.. then what was the least time they got through.. has it been the case that someone did get through within the minimum amount of time or is it just a fantasy??

I have to agree if you are a male and coming from Pakistan 6 months is the norm for AR/AP processing if you do not have too common of a name or any other issues.

Everything I respond to is from personal knowledge, research or experience and I am in no means a lawyer or do I claim to be one. Everyone should read, research and be responsible for your own journey.

I dont know what the heck Im on since no one in USCIS gives me answers, however lots of people on VJ have come to a concenses that I am on AR. My husband was born and raised in London all his life but his parents are from Pakistan so go figure. Im not sure if being from Canada would help, because it did not help that my husband is British and has lived in the UK all of his life. We are still waiting to get an approval from USCIS since 2006. This whole process seems to be matter of luck I suppose. Just like when it comes to visiting the SO. Some people are allowed to visit their SO and others like in our cause are told that it was not allowed for my husband to visit me once he was married to a USC. I hope your one of the lucky ones that can breeze by like snz1802.
