Interview was on the 4th a friday, so obviously nothing would happen with visa being given to 2go, some girls that interviewed same day have recieved their visa sinc,however we still havent. 2go has not received it from embassy as of the 10th, the 11th was a holiday. Any idea what # to call at embassy to by pass all the recordings to get an answer. I have called got some guy who honestly i couldnt understand, hell not even sure he was at embassy or some call center. If anyone out there has maybe the correct #, and the right way to get an answer please let me know, flights are filling up big time , and the flights i want are no longer available so time is of the essence. You can call the DOS and ask them if the visa has been printed yet and if it has been sent out of the embassy yet.

well kevin you got caught in the sleeping week. we was going to do ours same week to but my faincee advise not to since she works travel agent and they do visa also. becouse 7th was holiday and 11th was american holiday. so only three bussiness days last week. You did interview on 4th friday. so saturday sunday and monday nothing. then turn around friday again holiday. it takes 7 to 10 bussiness days normal to cebu she told me. it has been 9 days since your interview but really only 3 bussines days. i would say if she dont have it by friday then i would start calling. good luck

Yep, most posts I read about visa delivery are very consistent 9 - 10 biz days. 3-5 if picking up local like the mall, your motel in MNl etc.

Yup realize the holidays and such, just curious because several that interviewed same day already got theres, and 2go still hasne gotten ours from embassy. By the whats DOS Department of state? Never heard about contacting them before, or even how.

Yes DOS is department of state. You can call the visa information line - the number is on their website in the contact us section.

When I had issues contacting the consul I called DOS instead and got all the info I needed directly from them instead of trying to frick around with the consul.

It does seem odd that others got theirs, were they all local pickups in MNL ? By the way congrats on passing!!

My Interview date was on November 2, visa got issued on November 9 from US Embassy email, I'm communicating with 2go through email. I still didn't get tracking number. Hopefully this week I should get it.

I don't call the US Embassy waste of money since it's long distance call for me from Cebu. I send them emails or go online chat with their agents which is what I'm going to do later.
