DS-3032 CAN WE EMAIL NVC?

hi there....really need help..we were assigned a case number on october 9 2011..my husband(petitioner) paid the AOS fee too..but both of us have not received the choice of agent form yet..i am from india..can i just email them or do i have to wait till i get the form via regular post..also does the petitioner also get a choice of agent form??

send it now and use the template, and if you received the below 1st reply that mean they did only update the address + phone + email (since the IV fee is not invoiced) , if you got the 2nd that's mean they accepted the DS3032

thanks calibob...i will email them soon...another question..my husband already paid the AOS fee..so can he immediately send the AOS packet with the barcode sheet without waiting to hear from NVC or should he wait?

If you can have your spouse call the NVC and give them your email information over the phone, it may expedite the matter. I'm not sure if he/she has done that yet but it gives NVC a way to communicate with you.

Yes, print the barcoded coversheet and sent it in with the AOS packet.

You'll be fine as it is an independent step to your requirements.

once you paid the AOS FEE you will be able to print the AOS coversheet and send AOS PACKAGE to NVC, and prepare THE IV package to send it once the IV fee is invoiced.

just the email don't attache the ds3032 or anything (this only for the electronic processing )

ok since we didnt receive anything from them, i can just download the i-864 form and send it along with the barcode shet and other docs huh? because i read sumwhr tht u r not supposed to send NVC documents till they ask u to...thnks

On the 3032, just fill out the template with your information, I think my wife copied and pasted into an email, and filled it out and send it in....that simple........then your spouse can call NVC or you can wait a few days for the response.

they will not send you anything by mail,just finish the forms and double check before you send them and good luck

It's ok to send the AOS package and the 230 package as long as you have paid your fees and HAVE A BARCODED COVERSHEET!.......without the coversheet you will be in a mess. They'll release the coversheet once you've paid your fees. Once you send in your 3032, and the agent has been determined, the IV fees will be payable.

I was agent in the US but my wife and I coordinated and she got all the docs and things and sent it from her home to the NVC. As long as it has the barcoded sheet and all docs requested, you'll be ok. Best of luck!!!!
