This depends on where the oath is taking place and how often they do the oath ceremony there. It could be a few weeks it could be months.

It took about a week for mine.Check out my timeline.Some offices do a same day oath ceremony if they do then you can be sworn in the same day.The denver office does same day oath ceremonies.I know of people who took the interview at 9am and were sworn in at 1pm the same day.
