AOS - anyone from Vermont Service Center please

hey guys,

I want to know if anyone of you tried or your AOS status is pending to Vermont Service Center.

i THINK Im all alone in this forum having Vermont Service Center. Almost all of you from MSC and CSC.

Actually my case was transfered you can see my timeline below.

I have read cases from Vermont but it was K-1 visa not AOS.

Were you transfered because St. Albans is your District Office?

There are others that are going through/have gone through that same office, you can find them here. Select St Albans from the drop down options at the bottom.

Or did you enter on a non K Visa?

my district office is San Antonio texas my adjustment of status was transfered to VSC i entered as K-1 VISA.

I would try to find out why you were transfered to Vermont in the first place. I know in your previous threads someone has said they know of others that were transfered there but I did a search and came up empty on transfers to Vermont.

USCIS is known for transfering files to the wrong location.

But is it true that VSC IS the fastest service center? Maybe they transfered because my hubby is in the army?

There are lots of army spouses that i know but i never heard they transfered them to Vermont. Instead they were transfered to CALIFORNIA and they were approved without interview.
