I would not love my wife give birth to my child during the process is ongoing. That is why i am praying God that we have our case completed in 5 or 6 months so that she could come attend the interview with me. By the way, will her Pregnancy be an asset for me, does it increase my chances as evidence of bonafide relationship?

you're right that's why we need to ecknowledge and understand that EACH AND EVERY CASE IS DIFFERENT. I saw a person on here received their NOE2 in 20 days in the past few months and she said she didn't request for the expedite. This is a waiting game because it is we just have to have our ducks in a row before our time comes up. Like wissnan4ever said that's what she's doing. its a very long wait no matter if you get your NOA2 now or later it's still long I know trust me I got my NOE2 in 20 days and i got an interview date 238 days after that. December will make 8 months since i've been in this journey and we're still not done until my hubby has his visa in his hands. so Waiting is the game had to learn it the hard way personally. tongue_ss.gif

I am so unlucky with this process. my wife re-mailed the application November 7th via USPS with the address that USCIS informed us to send the package, but the deliverer informed us with the tracking information that there was no authorized recipient for the package. 2 hours after i tracked the package again and i see it was delivered to an address that is different from the address we gave to USPS... why is this happening to us, i am lost now! since august we are working hard to file these papers, it never happened.

We also use Digicel. I like it because it's the best rate, he can buy minutes in Haiti or I can buy them online, and the connection is normally pretty good--though there are times that he calls me and I can't hear him. He just hangs up and calls me back. He can also text my US number with Digicel for pretty cheap.

Ok NVC is so stupid! Ahhhhh! They lost my husbands police certificate from DR and told me they can't go back in the case to look at it because its already packed up and ready to go to Haiti. Now all we have is the Copy of it and for my huby to go back to DR and get another one its to much wasted money when I know its in our packet! They told me in the checklist that they receive it now they're saying they didn't. WOW so question is.HOW MANY OF YOU GUYS THINK THEY WON'T GIVE HIM THE VISA IF HE ONLY HAS A COPY OF THE POLICE REPORT AND THE ORIGINAL IS IN THE PACKET? I'm going crazy! Lol

Well technically on the site it doesnt specify if it had to be an orginal either I say better safe than sorry. But I dont believe they wont give him a visa because he doesn't have the orginal if he doesnt have it at all perhaps ... thats if they even look at it.

Well, i have not been in the NVC stage yet but i would suggest you get the original because they may request it to your husband at the interview and ask him to bring it to be able to get the visa. From that, they would probably reschedule an interview for your guys in one month.
