Parents seperated one parent moved out I moved in to help out still currently living here now its 4 of us in the house... Now when it's for me to fill out the I-134 in the event Iam still living here will I need to put my household size as 5 (which includes my fiance) or just 3(me my daughter and fiance) because I will of course be moving out before my fiance's interview whenever that is. Depends where you be living, and how many people you will be supporting, including yourself, when your fiancee arrives in America. Do you support the parent and the other person living with you besides your daughter? Will you continue to support them?

By the time I fill out I134 I will be place hunting by than. But will be moving out before his interview. I won't be supporting them just me my daughter and fiance when I move.

If you will not be living at the same address as your mother then your household size will be 3 (you, your daughter and your fiance).

Okay what Iam saying is this if at the time Iam filling out the I134 so I can send it in advance to him before his interview should I still place 3 as my household even though my current address will be my mom's house at that time.

IF your address will NOT be the same as your mother's, then you will list 3 as your household size and need to qualify at the income level for 3 people. If you are still living with your mom at the time of the interview, and she is dependent on you (even partially) then you will list 4 and need to earn enough to supoort 4 members as listed on the poverty guidelines list.

although I'm learning just like you, but from my understanding, the people that you put you support on your support ap. would be the same like when you claim your income tax...even though you were still living with your parents at the time that he arrives it should still be 3 because that's how many people you're supporting, unless you support other people as well, get it??, and you claim them or will be claiming them on on your tax return...you understand??? well that's at least how I understand it. please correct me if I'm wrong...

it is 3 regardless of who you live with. you could have roommates that share groceries or whatever else, but they are not in your 'household'

i live with my mother and with me, hubs and the baby its still 3. i also file 3 on my taxes.
