In the example form for the I-130 (http://www.visajourn...-Form-I-130.pdf), part "C. Information about your alien relative (continued)," shows information about the petitioner, not the alien relative... Is that a mistake? if yes , then what's the right to put on , the petitioner or the beneficiary ? and what about if the petitioner has kid ? should list him or not ? thank you

Its about the benficary so so if the benficary has a kid or a husband the thats what you put. if its not the beneficarys kid dont write it. other thatn that nothing else. was i clear?

thank you very much,it's clear about the child ,but what about that! put on the petitioner or the beneficiary name on question 17 ?

ok lets say iam am the petioner and i am married to the the beneficary, and i have a kid but its not the beneficary. for question 17 i would put only my name since i am the RELATIVES HUSBAND. if the RELATIVE (BENIFEICARY) doesnt have any kids of his/her Own all you write is the husband/wife of the BENIFICARY which would be in most cases the petioner. you dont wirte the beneficary's name or your kids name. got it?
