Fiance approved, Visa not issued yet

Hello Guys, Ok for those of us that has gone through the nigerian embassy, has anyone ever had delays or is anyone currently having delays from picking up their visa? My fiance got approved on 10/19, he was asked to pick up his visa on 10/26 which would be a week later, the day before the 26th he got a call reminding him to go pick it up but as of today he has been to the visa pick up place 3 times and they still don't have it, is that normal? are they out of visa paper again cos apparently he is not the only one having the same issue? i heard Lagos is notorious for doing this, Can we contact anyone or do we just wait it out? Thanks for all and any info.

Lagos is famous for th ebroken machine trick. Call your congressman and tell him you need to know an exact date to buy a ticket.

have u tried emailing the embassy.it will tell if its bn issued/despatched
