We have about 9 months of phone records, but I recently switched to a straight talk phone. Will it be an issue that we don't have phone records from about August on? Should we make sure and email daily to prove contact? Thanx in advance

Tis better to have too much proof than not enough. I would absolutely have proof of relationship by emails or phone records. cards. anything that proves you are still in a relationship... good luck

More than likely you will not even be asked for proof of relationship. All we were asked for were the things on the checklist. I had cards, emails, and a few pages of gmail phone records but was not asked for anything. Take what you have, don't go over board.
