Has anyone filed their I-130 in Haiti?

I need to ask you a question? I'm not understanding what you are asking. Are you asking about a DCF where both are living in Haiti and one is a USC?

05/09/2011 - NOA2 text message and email received

05/17/2011 - Case received at NVC

05/20/2011 - Received NOA2 approval letter in USPS mail.

05/17/2011 - NVC Receive (No case number assigned yet)

05/18/2011 - NVC Case Number Assigned, received IIN number / Gave Emails

05/18/2011 - DS-3032 Sent to NVC (via email)

05/19/2011 - DS-3032 Accepted by NVC, AOS Fee Bill Generated

05/26/2011 - AOS Fee Paid Online - Status - In Progress

06/01/2011 - AOS Fee - PAID

05/19/2011 - DS-230 IV Fee Bill Generated

05/26/2011 - DS-230 IV Fee Paid Online - Status - In Progress

Yes, I am a USC living in Haiti and my husband is Haitian. We want to file the I-130 in Port au Prince, and then hope to be able to file the DS-230 there as well. I wondered if anyone else had tried to do this and what their experience was.

ok wow that is one case that us over here on the Haiti forums don't see much of there was only 3 reported and only one seems to be active maybe if you contact them it should help or you can chose another country that has a lot of people on that case to compare and contrast with yours. I'll keep looking okgood.gif

Yes, you need to establish if Haiti is even doing DCF anymore after 08/1/2011.

It appears that they are as they are listed as one of the USCIS offices, but when I'm back in Haiti at the end of the month we'll definitely call the office to be sure.

How did you find the ones that were reported? Where and how would I search for those people? I'm pretty new to this site and am still trying to figure it out.
