Hi good day everyone.Im glad that i found this forum. Im new here and we're planning to apply for DCF here in manila. My husband is a Dual citizen (filipino/american):

may 2008 - arrived in the Philippines to study 4 year course

oct 2009 - we met (im his wife)

dec. 22, 2009 - went back to usa

jan. 3, 2010 - back in Philippines (apparently 10 days vacation on usa)

Jan. 8, 2011 - we get married and have 1 child

We live together with my parents up today

nov. 2011 - planning to go back to usa with us (wife & daughter)

My question is what are the things we need to file for dcf? are we eligible/qualified to be on dcf? he cant go back to usa to file in uscis because of his studies here in PI. What are the requirements and steps on how to file DCF? THank you for the help.
