I-864 and DS-230

i am in the middle of NVC and i need help now...NVC asked us to pay AOS n IV bill ..my husband paid it...now we are thinking that about I_864 and DS-230 forms..what is the procedure ?? does NVC ask us for the forms..or we have to submit it by ourselves ??or should we wait until they ask for it..and if we have to send it ourselves then also it is written in their website that not to send anything before NVC asks it from us..what do people do ??how do they send it..what is the step which i should take now ??please help somebody

have you already sent them other documents??? i mean civil documents after paying nvc fees if yes so you should submit ds and i-864 without asking nvc center or you will waste your time all the best . :thumbs:

i did submit the copies of my civil document with my I-130 form but i was thinking to send the originals probably with DS-230..is it ok if i send it now ?? they got my payment..and it shows paid..or i should just call n ask them before sending ??because i read somewhere that if they dont ask for anything n I send it myself than it will delay my processing..which i really dont want..

after your make the payment you need to summıt the documents they would not call you or tell you. The only thıng you need to prınt ıs the cover letter or barcode to send ıt to them wıth the DS-230 AND-i864.

I send all the orıgınals I just kept the copıes. Just make sure to make another set of copıes and add ıt to the orıgınals wıth translatıon. GOOD LUCK
