We have already received our permanent resident cards, however, we still need to remove the conditional status in about a year. Then apply for citizenship soon after. If we foster several kids, does USCIS require the same financial requirements in a household. We qualify for the 125 percent above poverty level, but if we foster 3-5 children, are we still required to uphold to this requirement? Once you get your pemanent resident status, does the financial stuff matter any more? Does it matter for the removing conditions? Does it matter for the Citizenship?

Thanks for your research and answer to this question...please provide documenation or a link to documentation.

Thanks.

There are no financial affidavits required for Removing Conditions I-751 or Naturalization N-400.

Thanks for being foster parents! :)
