Yes you can just download and print it out from USEM manila website or from here on VJ. Yes you need to have ds156 (the one that shows a barcode), d156k and ds157 after you are notified that you need to be interviewed.

US Embassy Manila will no longer send those DS forms. Go to the site i included below for the forms. You need to print 2 copies of DS 156 forms, 1 copy of DS 156K and 2 copies of DS 157. gud luck on your interview.

I thought no one waits for notification anymore and just schedule interview online and keep the email confirmation and download the ds forms, so why wait for interview notification?

so why wait for interview notification?

The letter of from the embassy gives you a little sense of entitlement. Seeing the USEM letterhead with instructions and all that. Sure we have done our assignment, read or VJ and stuff. I thought you need to present NVC and the appointment letter or wait for the NOA2 at least?

Maybe I am not understanding something but If you schedule online you get an email confirmation of your appointment so that is your interview letter, if you will wait for interview letter in snail mail no reason to get ahead by downloading the DS forms. Yes you would have to have Noa 2 to get the MNL #, pay visa fee etc.
