7. Copy of Passport and Visa.

8. Copy of I-94.

9. Passport photo style.

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration officer at a later date.

if you have applied for AOS i believe you can waiver the fee, just send a copy of your 1-797 i could be wrong

Really? Yesterday i called USCIS, they said i have to pay for AP and bio fee.
