i have applied for a k1 visa for my fiance. she went for interview twice the first time they send her to get form I-864 and additional sponsor. she returns with the rest of requested document, after today's interview she was told that he documents are complete, and to go home that she will be call or contacted by email for the decision on her case. Has anyone experienced this and why would they say that to her?

Did your fiancé get a sheet of paper in second interview that you guys are under "administrative processing"? If so they are going to look at all your paperwork and them make a decision. It can take days to months for an answer. If you guys got a 221(g) sheet of paper requesting for more info in the first interview then either something wasn't sufficient (i.e. Affidavit of support by you), missing documents, and/or they are suspicious whether you have a bonafide relationship or not.

For us they are suspicious whether our relationship is real or not (not that they actually said that to us) so gave fiancé 221(g) sheet requesting for revision of how we met and our relationship in a whole with lots of details. After fiancé brought it back to them he received a sheet that said we are under AP (administrative processing). Since then i've gotten 3 calls from embassy asking about us and stuff... My very own I interview 3x. It'll be 3 weeks for us tomorrow being under AP but the fiancé just got a call from embassy for him to being his passport to embassy tomorrow so we are hoping for the best.

Lol i guess just wait and see what happens. Make sure you guys go over exactly what happened in the interview in case you get interviewed or you guys get rejected and need to figure out why. Be patient and hope fit the best. I'm sure it will work out for you guys
