Is it just me or is there someone else also feeling that K-1 approvals are far more frequent these days from CSC than K-3s. What I have been tracking on VJ in the K-1 forum I believe K-1 approvals are more than K-3 approvals in a single period of time. No offence to K-1s, and congrats to them for their approvals. I am just thinking the weird way CSC is acting.

Idont know if k1 are been aproved fater, I just wish my k3 would get approved now, I'm still wating since march and these is driving me crazy, I pray everyday and evrye moment I think of Monica and I feel alone because I feel like I'm the only march applicant left without an approval, Monica is sick, She can't sleep, Please help me pray, at these point I really dont know whats God's plan for our marrage, I feel so guilty that my wife is so stresed out, so if you have been waiting for three or four months and you are upset because you are waiting to long, stop!!! we have to belive that suffering is part of God's plan, I belive that, in my case the hard part is to make my wife understand that, I know she will be with me one day but diving hope and keeping hope at the same time is exusting, so pray for us and pray that no one else has to wait as long as we had.

1: Are there moer K-1 posters on VJ than K-3? That might skew your view (ie, youi actually ARE seeing more K-1 because there ARE more K-1).

2: CSC does not process the I-120fs for K-3, so whatever CSC is doing is nothing to do with K-3s

I am not talking in context of CSC, I was talking in context of K-1s at CSC and K-3 at NBC and also I-130 at CSC. Comparably K-1s are getting approved more than I-130s. I know waiting sux. I am also aware that there are more people registered for K-1 than K-3s.

I am planning to apply for H-1b on October 31st, and if I do get it, will be going to US on the 5th of November with my wife and starting my job on the 6th.. I hope that everything goes well..

How did you include the NOA 1 from the I-130 with the I-129f?

I've often wondered if that particular NOA is required (the instrucions do say so, buuuut.. )

Sorry I misunderstood that you were comparing finace I-129fs and I-130s in CSC. The K-3 inclusion confused me.

Are there any H1-B numbers left for October? Doesn't the new year start Oct 1?

Well.. the employer applied for me in April 2006.. on april 3rd.. on my bday.. and got approval in late June.. and I got married on June 23rd.. so.. at the time of application I didn't know I was gonna get married to my beloved wife.. my love.. !

My wife sent the I-130 earlier but it was returned to my wife as proper signature was absent. Neither the cheque was cashed or anything.. they just returned the whole package but with an NOA which stated rejection.. so.. then she sent out I-130 properly signed to CSC and on the same day.. I-129F to Chicago and we have NOA for both..

I hope they don't put my case for H-1b for long special processing when i apply at the Ottawa consulate

Yeah, well, it naturally worked out. I had no idea that I would get married in the course to my joining work.. U have any idea how many days does it take to get approval. My interview is on Oct 31st. I would wish I would take NOA2 to my interview at Ottawa

Sorry, I'm not up on how the H1-B interviews go at all.

I am asking about I-130 / K-3.. Most of the people I am seeing are getting approved in less than 90 days?
