I am amazed at the recent JULY and YES!!!! AUGUST Noa1's approvals to NOA2 at CSC.

I believe you used the new form but what were your answers to marriage broker? or the criminal background?

Some with alcohol related offenses that our 20 years old are wondering what is happening? Absolutely NO VIOLENCE! Yes DUI a driving offense. yes there was alcohol involved. Again this was 20 years ago!!! I guess i still don't know why this was a part of IMBRA? If a Man was a Bank robber with a Felony, or a Forger of identity theft causing the ruin of many families, or Shoplifting Thousands of $$ in a Theft ring is not considered a bad SPOUSE???? this would not affect them????

On the marriage broker question, we gave the personals web site where we met. We then said that we don't consider it a marriage broker, but are not certain of the legal definition. Apparently they did not have a problem with that.

Good luck.
