Every year, we grow nali shak (jute) in our backyard. From a 2' by 6' track of land, we get whole summer long supply of delicious nali shak. That's what we call them. Here's a simple recipe for pat/nali/jute : http://bangalirecipe.com

Where about do you live in US? If you're nearby, you can pick some from our garden.
