hello we received our noa2 on October 4th. so i been calling to get the case number from NVC. but they keep saying they haven't received it. so today i called and the guy looked up my noa2 and says it was forwarded right to the consulate office in manila no need for NVC. he gave me the number to call in manila and i did but they still haven;t received it they said. Just wondering where the heck its at and now how do i get the case number to book her interview. any help pls thank you.

all case must go to NVC first.what guy did u call? it could take some time to get to NVC tho. my case took 20 days to get there. so keep calling NVC and talk to another person till they recieve it and give u a case number. they must give u a case number.

call NVC, give them your receipt number, petitioner's name and bday, beneficiary's name and bday.

regardless of what these guys tell you, it always goes to the NVC and then to the embassy. I believe its a 603 number, i forget but I'm sure you will come across it here on the forums.

yeah i been calling the 603-334-0700 number and he said was forwared to consulate in manila. I will try to call again in the morning. but even the noa2 does say it has been approved and forwareded to the listed consulate.

if its forwarded in manila then he should be able to give you a manila case #. insist...try to talk to a supervisor. sometimes these people are so stupid they dont even know what theyre saying.
