Just got mine scheduled for next Tuesday at Toronto. I would like to emphasize that email (as ralyse has said before i believe) is the best way of contacting them. I called yesterday and this morning and left a message. I sent them an email 10 minutes later and they responded in less than 5 minutes.

I wish the best for everyone else trying to hurry and schedule their medical quickly!

Hope to see some fellow VJ'ers on Nov 1st in Montreal!

It's so bizarre that people have such opposite experiences booking with them. Maybe they have different receptionists on different days or something? Not like anything in this process is ever super consistent for all of us :P

Yes, they have been extremely quick with email! Are appointments on a first come first served basis or do they give you a time slot when they confirm the appointment?

I just received an email letting me know the next appt date they have...but I wasn't sure if I'm able to choose a time or what. Can someone help please? Thanks!

It's first come first serve. They just ask you to show up during a certain time slot, I think it's between 7 and 8am (but I can't remember exactly as it was several months ago).

There is no parking. My fiance had her medical today and there is no parking. She parked at the Yorkdale Mall and took the subway to Union Station and walked the 12 minutes to the office. She arrived shortly before 7AM and was done with everything by 8:55AM and was on her way home by 10AM.
