Police Reports from the U.S.

I read that the U.S. does not give police reports to foreigners for this process. So if my fiance lived in the U.S for 5 years does she have to have a report to give to her consulate? She can get one no problem for her own country but since she lived in the U.S. i didn't know if she needed one from them also. Thanks!!!!!

I remember when i received my K1 packet the instructions there was....no need to get a US police clearance if you are applying to enter USA. The Homeland Security will check her police records the time she stayed here.

That is correct. My fiance used to live in US for 10 years and a lawyer told me to get police records for all countries EXCEPT for US.
