Greetings,

Just trying to think positive here and have some forethought and so i decided to at least type up our DS3032 so when the time comes we can email it with easy. My question was that as far as emailing goes do we need to put the barcode into the email or can we just send it as per the example on

www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

and if we do need the barcode, how do we insert it into the email once it gets generated?

Thanks for your help as always. I cant wait to one day be able to help others but at this point there is still a large learning curve in front of us. You people are priceless.

You don't need a barcode. Just use the template and email it to NVC. And don't worry if you don't get an automated response back- we didn't, either, and the next day we got an email stating that it was accepted.

just follow wiki. We just add the info and my husband sent it. No problem. 2 or 3 days later u will receive and email.

Great, thanks to both of you....i am no where near NVC yet but figured do what i can to occupy my time...good to know i just need to copy the example form and fill in my details, which i did of course minus the nvc number.
