I'm about filling the ds 156 form for lagos consulate for k3, can some tell me what to indicate on question 26,27,28 and 32 and 33. i will really appreciate it alot.

I-130 Sent : 2006-03-10

I-130 NOA1 : 2006-03-27

I-130 NOA2 : 2006-07-06 APPROVED

K-3

I-129F MAILED : 2006-03-25

K-3 APPROVED: 2006-08-08 APPROVED

K-3 INTERVIEW : 2006-10-04 INTERVIEW WAS SUCCESSFUL.

SET OF FINGERPRINTS: 2006-10-06

FINGERPRINT RESULTS ARRIVED: 2006-10-30

VISA ISSUED: 2006-11-28

US ARRIVAL JFK AS POE: 2006-12-006

EAD

EAD MAILED: 2006-12-22

EAD NOA: 2007-01-04

EAD BIOMETRIC: 2007-01-18

CASE TRANSFERRED TO CSC FROM CHICAGO : 2007-01-04

EAD APPROVED : 2007-03-12

EAD CARD ARRIVED: 2007-03-15

You may want to look at the example form under K1 visa the answers are similar.

26 Permanently

27 Relocation to USA to be with spouse

28 Myself

32 If you intend to work check yes and write "with work authorization, employer unknown"

33 If you intend to go to a college check yes and "College to be decided"
