I'm sure this has been addressed before but I've been away from the forums for a while. I am about to start putting together my evidence for my ROC. (ROC application date is in the new year, I'm getting a head start)

I'm planning on including all the usual stuff, joint bank statements, tax returns, titles showing joint car ownership, joint insurance policies, statments showing each other as beneficiaries on our respective life and health insurance policies, also add in some photos from our wedding and our vacations since moving to the states.

My big question is whether or not USCIS require originals of the documents or if copies suffice.

My wife and I have enjoyed living here so much, wouldn't like to mess it up now.

Thanks VJ family!

Originals are not required and copies will suffice. the only thing is you need to copy the originals in case they ask for them!

"Copies. Unless specifically required that an original

document be filed with an application or petition, an ordinary

legible photocopy may be submitted. Original documents

submitted when not required will remain a part of the record,

even if the submission was not required."
