everyone! I just cannot help but worry! I am worried, because as to everything I've already read on, everything says that it is the SLMCEC that forwards the passport to the embassy..But in my case was that, I was given back my passport.. My passport was given to me along with the vaccination worksheet and the cd..But then im worried what that might mean..is there anything wrong with the result? Will that mean , me not passing? is it really the case, that they're the ones to send along the passport? Answers will be greatly appreciated, especially from those who underwent the k1 visa, especially recently or just this year? were you given back your passport after the medical examination?

I have never heard that medical office forward the passport to the embassy. Embassy will ask you for the passport when you will go for the interview. Medical office have nothing to do with that, I don't think you need to worry

hi! i don't know the process for K1 visas but when i had my medical they also returned my passport. and i just got approved with my visa interview. for as long as you got your cd and list of vaccination you're all good :) im guessing that the passport to be forward to the embassy was the protocol before.. they probably changed it now.

Hi.

SLMEC really giving back the passport because u'll need to submit it to the USEm together w/ the other documents required. The only things that SLMEC forwarded to the USEm are ur medical results/records....:)

Good luck for the rest of ur journey...:)

When life gives you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt....:)
