It appears you are the recipient of a K1 Visa... If you married within 90 days, you should be ok...

If you dont file for AOS before the expiration date on your I-94, you will be out-of-status, and in overstay situation.. However, generally, they will not take any action against a direct relative of a US Citizen (If you are the wife of a US Citizen, then you are a direct relative), since you can apply for AOS anytime, and overstays are forgiven...

If you are stopped by immigration for any reason, you may be question, but that is likely the extent.. Until you file your AOS, and recieve the NOA1, you will need to show evidence that you complied to the requirement of the K1, which is to be married within the 90 days.. After you file for AOS, you will need to carry a Copy of NOA1 until your green card arrives...

Also, You wont be able to work or travel outside the US unless you complete the AOS process..

1) After he died.

2) After they got divorced.

3) After an alien space ship landed on the White House and declared all humans slaves of the Interstellar Confederacy.

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all . . . . The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities, an intricate knot of German-Americans, Irish-Americans, English-Americans, French-Americans, Scandinavian-Americans or Italian-Americans, each preserving its separate nationality, each at heart feeling more sympathy with Europeans of that nationality, than with the other citizens of the American Republic . . . . There is no such thing as a hyphenated American who is a good American. The only man who is a good American is the man who is an American and nothing else.

President Teddy Roosevelt on Columbus Day 1915
