Good Insurance Lawyer In Los Angeles

Hello all,

Can anyone recommend a good lawyer who specialize in insurance claims? My mother in law was in a car crash last December. A cop witnessed the whole thing and reported that the other party was totally at fault. My MIL had broken bones and the other party's insurance accept full 100% liability for doctor's fees etc. My mil had to pay and submit the expenses (which I think was a mistake but my wife handled it) Now they are reneging on this and her insurance company are taking them to court but only for their share, not for the doctor's fees etc. So they told my mil to get a lawyer as she will have to sue to get her out of pocket expenses (a few $1000) back.

So I need to find a lawyer.

By the way, don't ever deal with Hartford (other person's insurance) or Mercury (my mil insurance) as both have been rude, unhelpful and totally not interested in helping people.

Thanks in advance,

Dave

I can't. Insurance companies stink.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

LA??

Im sure that there is at least 10,000 lawyers that would take the case in a heartbeat...or any case for that matter.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

Thanks for the response. The problem is there are 10000 lawyers in LA and half of them are as bad as the insurance companies. anyway, I discovered last night that my mil gets free legal advice from good lawyers through a scheme at work. So we will use that first and get a recommendation from them.
