anyone knows how to answer the question on DS260 : proof or record of vaccinations required for US? It is a choice of YES and NO, I have vaccinations like 3o years ago but I don't have any record of sort in my possession now. How is it going to affect my application? Thanks for your reply.

You will need proof of vaccinations. Your doctor can do bloodwork to determine which ones you will need again. I am thinking that you will need boosters done if it's been 30 years since you have had a needle and some of the required vaccinations I don't think were around then. I would make an appointment with a Public Health Nurse or whoever does vaccinations where you are to get them started as soon as possible as some like the Hep B take 3 needles to complete.

Far easier to just get them again...really no big deal. Well, maybe a sore arm for a while !!
