We emailed them Saturday and got a reply today with his interview date! October 12!!! That's in 16 days! Yay yay yay!!!! They said just bring the paperwork to the interview. I cant believe we are finally so close!

ROC Timeline

8.19.14- Mailed I-751 to VSC

8.27.14- Check cleared

8.29.14- Received NOA1 dated 8/25

9.8.14- Recived biometrics notice

9.19.14- Biometrics appointment @ 9AM

3.24.15- Received text notification of case status update-- APPROVED!

3.26.15- Approval notice came in the mail- approval date 3.20.15

4.4.15- Card in hand

So close and yet so far ! We also got our date not long ago (24th Oct).Let us know how it went.

We are basically ready, but the only question pending is, since we did not keep any copy of the translations (they were sent with the whole file) we hope originals (without translations that they already have) will be enough.What do you think? Good luck

That's great news!!

I'm on a very similar timeline as I returned the packet 3 docs on the same day you did and had my medical on the 7th of Sept. I emailed the embassy on Friday but no reply as yet. Your update has given me some hope that I might get an interview in October!!

Well done, I might see you in the line outside the embassy!! :thumbs:
