can a k2 visa (a child below 21) can come to the USA and go back again for few months back to the prior country of origin and is open visa anytime to the US? thanks for ur reply in advance.

The K-2 is a single entry visa. It can only be used once to enter the US. It is not an open visa that can be used for multiple entries. If the K-2 visa holder leaves the US before receiving advance parole or a green card, the K-2 visa holder cannot re-enter the US on the same K-2 visa.
