Hi, my gc expires march 1st, and i know the 90 day begins by approx. dec. 1st. so am i supposed to send the application during this period between dec. - march 1st? or should it be sent before dec. 1st? and also , say if i need to travel abroad for 3 weeks in decemeber, would it b advisable to travel while my documents r in processing at uscis? or should or can i send the documents and application for ROC after my vacation?Please give me opinions everyone.

You should only travel if you have already done biometrics, if not you may miss biometrics and screw things up.

Your card expires on march 1st. The earliest you can mail it is December 2nd. Friday, December 2, 2011

Hi thx inky, but what if submit the application after my 3 week vacation which is from 3rd dec. to dec. 25, is dat ok? or do they expect the documents sent in the begining of the 90 day period?

anytime inside the 90 day period is fine, as long as its before the card expires.
