F2A VISA ANYONE OWNS THIS EMAIL UKRAINE COUNTRY

NVC sent me a wrong email. After waiting for 4days this is what i get?? ughh but glad to help maybe they she/he is part of this forum.

You need to email them back and tell them they have the wrong email. That would be the right thing to do.
