Hello VJ  ,

I have afew questions =)

This is all being done through U.S Manila Embassy if that helps any =)

1.) After you get your message from embassy letting you know that you can schedule a interview with them how long can we wait to do this , reason I ask is my fiancee renewed her passport and also has to get her Japan police clearance that can take up to 2 months to do. Should we call the U.S embassy to let them know what's going on ?

she already did her cenomar. We just gotta pay for k-1 at bank and get her medical going, this week she is going to do her NBI.

2.) Would it be wise if my fiancee didn't put down that she worked in Japan? Its been almost 10 years since she worked there do you think they would make a big deal out of it, so we don't gotta wait for Japan Police Clearance ?

" she worked in Japan for about 6 months "

3.) What can my fiancee do to speed up the process of all this, I know she waited till the last second to do all this and its annoying but now I gotta see where I stand so I can fix it the right way so she can schedule her interview and get the process going.

Thank you for your time !

If she lived there more than 6 months she needs a police certificate and you should never lie to immigration. If it is EVERY discovered they could remove all benefits she has gotten and deport her with a lifetime ban,

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

I will most defiantly tell her to get her Japan Clearance with her friend this week.
