Hi guys! This is the first time that I'm posting a question in the forum and not sure whether this is the appropriate discussion. My wife is trying to obtain a CR-1 visa. Me and my wife were first met in an online game, and eventually met in real person. I've visited her a few times and she came visit me once and stayed for 4 months with a B2 visa. Five months after her departure, she wanted to visit me again, however, she got denied by the homeland security from entering to the U.S. because they believed she had immigrant intent. They found her college diploma and birth certificate in her luggage. Before this trip, we haven't decided to get marry in the U.S. We've decided to bring those documents because in case we decided to get marry, then we would have everything. That was the main purpose of bringing the documents. The homeland securities have all the record.

Question: During the interview, if the interviewer asks my wife why did she get denied from entering the U.S. and what happened? Why were you using a B2 visa to enter the U.S. for the second time?

What is a nice response for these kind of questions?

If the interviewer asks how did we meet? Is it alright to say that we met in an online game?

I apologize for any inappropriate discussion if there's any. Thank you for any help or comment or discussion.

You tell the truth. The answer to the first question, they will be able to see what the CBP officer entered on the system. So you were denied because of suspected immigrant intent. The second question you met online. They will have heard that many times before. Do not try and put a spin on it. They have heard it all and can spot a fabrication coming before you have even said it.
