Good day po.I am Liza 38 yrs old. I was born and raise in the Philippines. My father is American and my mother is Filipino. Thru DNA testing it was proven that I am the biological daughter of my father...That later, my father applied my U.S. citizenship with the U.S. Government which was duly approved...That due to the stated reason, I acquired my foreign citizenship thru my biological father being an American or U.S. citizen...Presently I am a holder of U.S. Passport date issued on April 25 2011...That likewise, I am also a holder of Philippine passport issued on February 12 2009...

Now my concern is, I am planning to go to USA sometime in Oct. Do I need to get a exit permit? or exit clearance? If i do, how much it will cost me and what will I need to get it? How long it will take to get one?

PLEASE kindly help take time answer my worries...

Thank you very much.

By the way I applied for a dual citizenship and they rejected it for some reason that I don't understand why I can't get a dual citizenship even I was born and raise in the Philippines? They allowed me to pay such amount 3,000.pesos and made me to take oath of allegiance and made me to wait for 3 months, then gave me a rejection on my applied dual citizenship?

Well, anyway looking forward on your reply on my question about the exit permit...

Again thank you...

If you have a U.S. passport you must travel in and out of the U.S. with that passport. You wouldn't need any exit papers because you are a U.S. citizen.
