we are tryn to email the london embassy, every time we do they send the 'auto reject email' to us, and hubby cant call the number to get the 'code' to email because its a premium number, this sucks lol nvc need to haul #### with this rfe ####### now, grr, bad day

Hi Steph,

Try calling the Visa operator assistance line from the U.S. the number to call is 1-866-382-3589. I know it's a premium number but if it's something urgent, it's prob best to make the call to get things sorted.

He will have to call the premium number if he wants to email them with a code. You need the days unique code otherwise it will probably be rejected when sent. See if he can use someone else phone if he only has a mobile. After you have phoned, there is a number you can call to grumble about the charges, and sometimes they will return them to you.

Total time from posting I-130 to VISA in hand 7 months 21 days :D
