Ok, so according to the NVC, this is all the information that was outstanding, so even though it's technically an RFE, it's not really.

The only problem is my hubby just mailed the money order to the WRONG address, so he's had to run back out to the PO and hope that it's not been mailed off yet. Goddamn Bob!

Ha, just saw this. We also got an RFE to pay the IV bill on Friday. Made my heart drop, and when I called NVC, the operator explained it.

Ridiculous. We've been waiting three weeks for them to invoice us, and we're still waiting as of this morning.

However, today our status went from "not invoiced" to "not paid," although the Select box is still disabled, so I'm hoping something will be happening very soon.

One day after the status becomes "not paid" the check box should then allow you to check and pay the fee. Good luck!

Hey MrsP2010, today an operator told me that my AOS was all good, and that's why we "only" got an RFE for the fee. So, I guess this RFE is kind of a good thing - it means nothing else is missing from the AOS.

Still no invoice as of today, but I like hearing my AOS was acceptable.

You must have got the same woman as me, I asked her the status of my case and she was like, "well actually it your case looks good right now, just the IV fee to pay". As robotic as they're mean to be, all the people I've got so far have kinda been sweethearts about it.

RF-FEE gang!
