At the time of the submission of the I-129F petition you do not supply birth certificate(s) for beneficiaries or their derivatives (K-2's). You will complete the G-325A for yourself, your fiance and the child(ren).

At the interview stage you'll need to provide copies of the beneficiary's birth certificates, passports, etc.

What kinds of forms and documents do I need to apply for my fiancee's kids?

I understand that each has to fill out the G-325A. Do they need to attach the Birth Certificate also?

What other document do I need to ask them to provide?

Thank you for your help.

None

They do not need a G-325a. You list them where the petition asks to list ALL children and that is all for now. When your fiancee goes for her interview they will also apply for K-2 visas and you will give the documentation at that time.

We had one son come with Alla as a K-2 and another as a K-2 to follow 10 months later. No troubles. Be prepared, you also pay application fees, medical exams and AOS fees for each person. There are no "freebies", but they are all on the same petition.

Thanks Gary! I may need a co sponsor for the AOS, how do I include a co-sponsor on the I-134 and when do I have to submit the I-134? Anyone has this experience before?

i-134 at time of interview

YMMV
