Does anyone know what's that website immigrationdirect.com do for you ? it sounds extremely pointless and is just a "rip off" to me. Has anyone ever used that site before ? As far as i know, that site will just help you get some forms and fill them out, but it will cost you up to $180.. that is not worth it at all. so i'm wondering if there is anything else they will do for you . I can't think of any benefits from that site .

Any ideo ? thanks . :bonk:

It's worse than you think. You're paying to allow their computer software to collect the information from you that will be entered into your forms, and for their computer software to tell you what evidence you need to include. You can then download the forms, already filled out with the information you submitted online, print them, include the evidence in the list they give you, and send it to USCIS with the appropriate filing fee. On the other hand, you could just download the forms from the USCIS web site yourself, fill them out, include the evidence described in the VJ guides, and send it to USCIS with the appropriate fee. If you think it's worth it to have an online program help you with this then go for it.

BTW, their fee for K1 form preparation is $288. In my opinion, a complete rip-off for using a computer program one time.

If it sounds like a rip off them most probably it is! If you really need your forms filled out and done for you, hire a lawyer. .... oh, wait - that's a rip off too but still better than someone you don't know gets all your information....
