Hello every one this is my story i got e mail that says they send me a rfe on sep 12 and so far i didnt get any thing in mail and today i received email that says we have your response on sep 18 and this case will be done verey soon is this possible ? :blink:

Haven't heard of this happening, but I wouldn't worry about it. Maybe someone made a brief mistake and thought that an RFE was needed, but realized the mistake after the online status was already changed.

Unless you actually get an RFE letter in the mail, I would not worry about it. The online status is not always completely accurate.

K-1 VISA:

3/4/06: I-129F Sent to CSC

3/14/06: NOA1

7/21/06: IMBRA RFE received by CSC

8/22/06: NOA2

9/8/06: Case arrives at NVC

9/16/06: NVC departure letter received

9/22/06: Left NVC bound for China

Yes... typical RFE response. Just means that your processing time was not unnecessarily extended due to the RFE. You 'pick up where you left off' in term of processing time.

Oh, sorry roro.... missed that part. It's late... a bit bleary-eyed this evening....

I would imagine that they did realize their error and had to 'step through' the process that resulted in those status changes. Be patient. You'll know soon enough.
