hi every one

i have questions in ds-230 form and i need answer please

first question is

in question number 9 in fomr it ask about marital status

I have seen in example in this website it say single and not put any number and for me

it first ti me to me to marry my wife now so what i writ single or married

and then the other question is number 14-15-16- 17- 18 in form

ask me for wife information so i put my wife information now or it mean if i was married before

last question

in question number 25 in form ask for mother current address and the space of answer is not enough so what i have to do

The DS-230 example form is for K-1 visas not spousal visas. If you follow the example form you are going to fill it out wrong because its for people who are not married yet.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

hi every one

You might have looked at example of a different cetegory - like sister or son....

If you are filing for your wife, item9 should be checked "married" - check that. fill 14-15-16-17-18 with US spouse details and marraige date

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

what about space in question number 25

Do you mean item 22 and 27 that need current address of beneficiary parents!

If yes,then you can do either of these as you like. If not let me know the right details.

i) mention "See attachment" and provide the details in an attached sheet - remember to mentioning the Item number and type or write the answer.

i) fit the address abbreviating if possible (l abbreviated state as "AP" for "Andhra Pradesh") - it is alright because it is only parents address, which is the reason why they gave less space.

Note: Item 13, which is beneficiaries present address, NVC gave more space.
