Is some filipina here going to seattle? i never meet a lot of pinay here..

There are several filipinas in seattle. I went there for a seminar in 2010. If you go to walgreens in seattle market, there are some filipinas working there. The sales manager of a hotel besides the stadium is also a filipina. Just walk around.

There are plenty of Filipinos/Filipinas in Seattle, and the other parts of Pacific Northwest.

Best places to meet them? Church. St. James Cathedral in downtown Seattle has many Filipino parishioners. They also host the Simbang Gabi celebration, with addition of other surrounding parishes. It was not the same as in the Philippines, but my wife and I enjoyed it just the same.

Seafood City has just opened up last year. There are literally hundreds of Filipinos there shopping during the weekend.

Thanks! She is headed off to the Embassy now. :) Nice picture at the space needle restaurant by the way.

I'm sure she'll do fine at the interview. The pic is taken from downtown Chicago. Hang in there you're almost done! Exciting! Btw regarding your post, I thought I never saw any Filipinos here too but when I went to this store called Uni-mart it's full of everything Pinoy! Pinays are everywhere.

Hi my fellow filipinas! How did your K-1 visa interviews go? Hopefully, all of you got your visas successfully. Anyhow, I'd like to share to you that we created a group on facebook for all the filipinos in Washington. It is called "Pinoy in Washington". This group was established in order for us Filipinos to meet and make new friends in the beautiful Washington state. Please join us! We'd love to meet all our Kababayans!

08/2011 - Got married.

08/19/2011- AOS Application filed (I-485, I-130, I-765)

09/02/2011- NOA of Acceptance

09/27/2011- Biometric Appointment

10/18/2011- EAD approved

10/25/2011- Interview letter invitation

10/27/2011- EAD card in hand

11/16/2011- Interview date (Approved on the spot, no stamp on the passport)

11/17/2011- Card production

11/22/2011- Post-Decision Activity that USCIS has mailed the noticed of the approved I-485 application.

11/25/2011- Received the GC and Welcome to the USA letter! Thank you VisaJourney! Thank you Lord!
