Hello, to all visa journey forum members, my situation is the following:

My fiancee came on a k-1 visa, we got married, but unfortunetly i havent been able to file for her Adjustment of status yet (due to $$$ issue). Its already been a full year since she did her medical exams in Colombia. I heard that if in a year you can't File the AOS, she would have to get her medical exams done again, and if thats true, what exams would need to be done again and how would i continue the process to file her AOS, if someone could help with this issue, i would gladly aprreciate it, thank you.:unsure::unsure:

You need to look up a local civil surgeon on the USCIS website, and go and see them. They can do a full medical to replace the old one. A lot of people need to get some elements added when they AOS anyway, I did myself. Just in this case the full medical as detailed on the I-693 will need to be done. Be careful of expensive civil surgeons though, some are scammers
